Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- It seems like there is an cellphone application for just about everything these days and when it comes to holiday shopping, some of them can help you save both time and money.

Many people spend hours visiting various stores and wandering countless aisles in search of the best holiday deals.

But shoppers are learning that all the information that they need to shop quicker and better is right at their fingertips.

Shopping apps are making bargain hunting easy.

Those apps include "The Find," which lets you scan a bar code for an item that you like and then tells you where it is available and for how much.

Another one that is making shopping easier is "Fat Wallet."

Fat Wallet is specifically a Black Friday deal finder. It shows you advertisements for the major retailers.

There are also apps for local shopping locations such as Town Square on Las Vegas Boulevard South. Their app shows all the special deals available at their stores. It even helps with parking by giving information on the best place to park for certain stores.

There are also apps for other local shopping destinations including the Fashion Show mall, Meadows Mall, and the Galleria at Sunset  in Henderson.

If you are looking for coupons, download "Coupon Sherpa." It will give you access to both mobile and printable coupons found on the Internet for many popular retailers.

And finally, there is "Amazon Black Friday Deals," which offers discounts on some of the most  in-demand items for the holidays like cameras and DVDs.

The best part, along with helping shoppers save money, all of these apps are free to download.
