Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Bail was revoked this morning for the man who pled guilty earlier this year for the death of 12-year-old girl Faith Love, who was killed while trick-or-treating last Halloween.
Justin Caramanica appeared Thursday morning in a Las Vegas District Court. Prosecutors asked that his bail be revoked in the Faith Love case after he was arrested on Sept. 22 for crashing into a parked vehicle not far from his home.
Caramanica was waiting to be sentenced for the death of Love. He was scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 5.
He is being charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive within marked lanes, and driving on a revoked license for the Sept. 22 incident.
A judge denied him bail for that incident on Tuesday, ordering him to stay in jail until this morning's hearing.
