Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Carnival-goers are swarming the Las Vegas Motor Speedway as the Electric Daisy Carnival is underway. As Action News discovered each person's outfit is more outrageous than the next.
Music fans lined up at will call on Friday afternoon donned everything from body suits to rainbow legwarmers to neon wigs and more.
Outrageous outfits have become a signature of the Electric Daisy Carnival.
"It's go big or go home, and I'm trying to go big," Michael Almeida, wearing a white bodysuit and mask. "We're in Vegas, we're supposed to have fun and dress fancy."
More than 300,000 people are expected at the Speedway for the three-night "dusk til dawn" event.
With rainbow, neon, sequins, sunglasses and sparkle, each carnival-goer plans to do their part give the Speedway a glow.
"They're sparkly, they're rainbow and they're great," carnival-goer Stephanie Cobb said, describing her legwarmers. "There is no half-doing EDC."
The carnival goes through Sunday and is expected to pump millions into the Las Vegas economy.
Action News will have continuing coverage throughout the weekend.
