1 dead after single-vehicle crash in northeast Las Vegas

Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A man is dead after a single-vehicle wreck near North Lamb Boulevard and Provincetown Street, near East Lake Mead Boulevard, in northeast Las Vegas.
According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, the crash happened just after 7 a.m. on Wednesday.
A car went off the road and crashed into a wall in the area.
The 50-year-old driver was transported to University Medical Center Trauma and was later pronounced dead by attending medical personnel.
The crash may have been the result of a medical episode.
The victim of the crash will be identified by the Clark County Coroner.
