Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton: ACM Awards co-hosts take you behind the scenes (WATCH)

Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton are getting prepared to take on co-hosting duties at the ACM Awards on April 6, and to get the TV audience ready to tune in they've been filming promotional spots to air on CBS before the big night. Luke, who's co-hosting with veteran Blake for the second year in a row, used his LBTV web series this week to post a behind-the-scenes video of the two pals as they worked on the promos. They also sat down to dish about what the show will have in store for the audience and the hosts themselves, but, naturally, neither of them approached the latter subject too seriously. (Watch the video above.)
"I learned last year that I can't depend on Luke as much as I would like to be able to say that I can," Blake says, wryly. "I intended for him to lean on me a little bit being that it was his first year, but the favor is not one that's returned that often, when I need his help."
"The ACMs is just a fun experience from top to bottom," says Luke. "Vegas, the fans, and then the big moment for the show, for the lights to come on and the show kicks off. It's fun being at the reins, and this year will be fun for me because I know what [Blake] will mess up. I do know that he can read."
The ACM Awards will air live from Las Vegas, Sunday, April 6 at 8:00 PM ET on CBS. See the full list of nominees below.
