Hunter Hayes is naturally excited to perform 'Invisible' for the ACM Lifting Lives segment on the ACM Awards show Sunday night, and he's even planning to change it up just a little bit, but hasn't revealed just how. Hunter, who participated in the Lifting Lives segment in 2012, co-wrote the song "Here's Hope," which Little Big Town performed during the live telecast that year. "Invisible" is currently being used in ConAgra's Child Hunger Ends Here campaign. (Watch a video of Hunter during ACM rehearsals above.)

"My heart's been lifted with the amount of response and the kind of response we've gotten from 'Invisible.' You hope that someone will be able to relate to it and the kind of stories," says Hunter. "The ways that people have connected with it are just astounding."

"Invisible" is from Hunter's "Storyline" album, due out May 6. The We're Not Invisible tour featuring Danielle Bradbery and Dan + Shay resumes April 10 in Southaven, Miss. See a list of his tour dates here.
