October Breast Cancer Awareness Month

  • Smashburger unveils special shake
    Smashburger has unveiled an exclusive raspberry sorbet to benefit Susan G. Komen Foundation. It will be available at every Southern Nevada location. Forty cents is being donated for every shake purchased. Smashburger is also guaranteeing a minimum $25,000 donation. In addition, employees will wear Komen pins. Customer can also donate directly.   • Love, Hope & Pizza
    Howie's Pizza is supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month again by going pink for the month. All pizzas will be served in a light pink box emblazoned with the National Breast Cancer Foundation logo. Donations will be made for every pizza sold, every new Facebook fan and every picture tagged with #LOVEHOPEPIZZA. Hungry Howie's is located at 6365 Simmons Street. More info

  • Strawberry Milk from Winder Farms
    Winder Farms is going passionately pink by donating a portion of proceeds from sales of all Strawberry Milk in october. More info

  • 4th annual Grapes & Hops Festival
    The 4th annual Grapes & Hops Festival will take place 5 to 9 p.m. Oct. 9 at the Springs Preserve on Meadows Lane. Proceeds from the event will benefit Par for the Cure, a non-profit group that raises money for breast cancer research. The event features fine wine, unique beers and entertainment. More info

  • Par For The Cure Golf Tournament
    The 9th annual Par For The Cure Golf Tournament is taking place Oct. 4 at Bear's Best Las Vegas. Registration begins at 7. Shotgun start at 8. Awards lunch at 12:30 p.m. More info

  • MOB Record's fundraiser event
    Vegas MOB Records will hold its first breast cancer awareness fundraiser event at Las Vegas Golf Club on Oct. 19 and 20. The event will be filled with golf, games, food, prizes, giveaways, music, speakers, entertainment and fun. More info

  • Premium Outlets Pink Event
    Both locations of Premium Outlets is offering shoppers discounts in exchange for donation to Susan G. Komen Foundation. A representative from foundation will also be at north location on Oct. 11 to answer questions. More info

  • Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 5K Fundraising Walk
    The annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk will take place on Oct. 5 at the JW Marriott Las Vegas on North Rampart Boulevard. The walk will take place from 8 a.m. to noon. Registration begins at 7 a.m. More info

  • Las Vegas sign goes pink
    The iconic Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign has gone pink for the month of October. More info

  • Viva Diva Dance Music Festival
    The Viva Diva Dance Music Festival will celebrate females in electronic dance music and promote breast cancer awareness. It will take place on Oct. 19 at Clark County Amphitheater. More info

  • Hard Rock Cafe goes pink for PINKTOBER campaign
    Both Hard Rock Cafe locations in Las Vegas will host a series of special events to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research. For the full PINKTOBER event lineup, click here.

  • October Specials at Spa Aquae at JW Marriott Las Vegas - 31 Days of PINK
    To promote breast cancer awareness, Spa Aquae offers PINK treatments throughout the month of October. 10% off all treatment sales will be donated to American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. For details on the specials, call (702) 869-7807. Spa Aquae

  • Veronic Goes Pink
    Singing sensation Veronic DiCaire will dedicate her hit show, VERONIC Voices at Bally's Las Vegas, to raising awareness for breast cancer during the month of October. For more information on her show, click here. Max Abadian

  • Special drink at Ri Ra Las Vegas
    Ri Ra Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay is offering Pink Jameson Cherry Sours for $10 each for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

  • Specials at Hard Rock Hotel
    Hard Rock Hotel will have several specials at select restaurants, retail stores and its luxurty spa during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Proceeds will benefit Young Survival Coalition. Pink Taco will have special all-you-can-eat pink tacos and pink margaritas. Fuel Cafe Expres will offer Support Pink cookie pops. The Hard Rock Store and Love Jones will offer philanthropic fifts and the spa will donate portion of purchases.

  • Specials at Miracle Mile Shops
    Cheeseburger Las Vegas will offer a special pink menu. If an item is purchased from the menu, $1 will be donated to Susan G. Komen for each item. Menu selections include Pink Mac n Cheesburger, the Not So Traditional Cheeseburger and Kalua Pig Nachos. Brighton Collectibles will donate $10 from purchase of every Power of Pink Bracelet to Dignity Health. And Guess will offer the Sparkling Pink watch and sunglasses with portion of proceeds going to Susan G. Komen. MIRACLE MILE SHOPS

  • Pink wristbands and cocktails at Cabo Wabo cantina
    Cabo Wabo Cantina located inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino will offer pink wristbands and cocktails throughout October in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, donating a portion of proceeds to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Cabo Wabo will donate $1 for each pink cocktail purchased. More info

  • Pink dress party at Ri Ra Las Vegas
    On Friday, Oct. 25, Rí Rá Las Vegas, located inside The Shoppes at Mandalay Place, will host its second Little Pink Dress Party from 9 p.m. to midnight to raise funds for the Southern Nevada Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®. The event will feature a chance to win prizes and entertainment by The American Diddly Idols. More info

  • Raising Cane's t-shirt sales for breast cancer
    All locations of Raising cane's will be selling "One Love For A Cure" t-shirts during the month of October. Each shirt is $10 and t-shirt sale proceeds will benefit Susan G. Komen of Southern Nevada. Raising Cane's has 6 locations in Las Vegas.

  • Sky Zone "socks" cancer
    The inddor trampoline center Sky Zone Las Vegas is raising money for breast cancer programs and research. Throughout October, guests can purchase special edition pink SkySocks for two dollars, with 25 percent of the proceeds benefitting Susan G. Komen of Southern Nevada. Skyzone is on Dean Martin Drive.
