She lost her sister who was pregnant and her fianc. The siblings got together and had tattoos made in their honor which I thought was such a creative and thoughtful tattoos because her sister was a huge Harry Potter Fan. • My daughter, Nakyta's, tattoo for her brother, Jonathan, who has Angelman Syndrome. She saw this story on the Internet, and immediately rushed out to have him honored on her arm, as one of the most unique, beautiful, and unspeakable treasures in her life. The Blue Rose (Gerda Klein) Jenny is a little girl--a lovely little girl. She has brown eyes and dark brown hair. If her hair falls into her eyes she brushes it away. But her hand does not go straight to her forehead. Instead, it curves like a flower first opening its petals. Then she brushes her hair out of her eyes. You see, Jenny is different. Different? Yes, different from most other little girls. But surely all people don't have to be alike, think alike, act alike, or look alike. To me Jenny is like a blue rose. A blue rose? Have you ever seen a blue rose? There are white roses and pink roses and yellow roses, and of course lots of red roses. But blue? Every gardener would love to raise a blue rose. People would come from far away to see it. It would be rare and different and beautiful. Jenny is different, too. And so, in a way, she is like a blue rose. When Jenny first came home from the hospital--a pink baby, all cuddly and round--she cried very often. She cried more than most babies. Why? Well, perhaps she saw different shadows that frightened her. Perhaps she heard sounds that were strange to her. When she was older, Jenny always stayed close to her mother and held on to her tightly. You know, when a kitten loses its tail it is said to gain sharper ears. It's true that a tail helps a kitten run faster. But a kitten without a tail hears better and can detect approaching footsteps long before other kittens do. Some people don't know about such a kitten's fine ears; they only see the lack of a tail. Some children are cruel and stare and taunt: Karen De La Fuente

  • Hello!Thank you for letting me share my tattoo. I got this tattoo in Oct of last year. I swore I would never ink a name on my skin, however, the name belongs to my late best friend. Tess was an amazing human, and I wish that every person in the world could have a friend like her. A true and good person, through and through. She suffered from mental illness that was not evident until it was too late. So many people, in an age that has brought us miraculous medical achievements, still feel uncomfortable with, or even fear, mental illness because of the stigma attached. She saved my life, repeatedly and in many ways, but I was unable to help her in time. If you or someone you care about, or even if you DON'T, please let them know there is help out there and there is no shame in getting that help. People are afraid of this illness because it cannot be seen, and fear ridicule from friends, relatives, and even medical professionals. And rightfully so. However, those that would ridicule someone for mental illness has worse issues than schizophrenia! Please help, in any way you can, someone with mental illness. Lend an ear, help someone find a doctor by using your phone as a real source of info instead of porn for a change, lol!, anything will get someone on the path to treatment. Tess will be there, in spirit, thanking you! And so will I.DJSent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device DJ

  • Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android This tattoo is my dad's navy enlist picture from 1967. I always knew that I would get this tattooed on me one day. Well I got it done on his birthday last year in honor of him. He passed away January 4th, 2012 and he was MY hero!! The tattoo had his ashes in the ink, as they are organic, so he is literally ALWAYS with me! I actuary have one other tattoo with his ashes in it, also. I have 5 total about my daddy. :-) I loved/love that man, and miss him deeply. *Tattoo by Brandon either on air or online is fine with me.

  • To whom this may concern,My friends and I have been friends for 15 years. Over the years we have all gone different ways, but have always found our way back to each other. One of our gang lives in Florida, one in Arizona, one in Oregon and two of us still live here in las Vegas. On January 3, 2014, I received a phone call from my friend in Florida, to say her 28 year old brother had just passed away from a drug overdose. Her brother was a little brother to all of us. When I got that call the 4 other friends including myself, jumped in to help comfort and plan, as he was young with no plan of his final day. Everyone jumped on a plane or in a car to get to Vegas as fast as possible. From the air, road and here in town we all came together to make things easier for them. After a week of laughter, tears, bonding like we have never done, and an incredibly beautiful memorial service in a park, we decided to get matching tattoos. Our friend that lost her brother loves owls and wanted an owl tattoo. We all agreed that would be our tattoo to celebrate our friendship. Each of us picked an owl that fit our personalities and someone suggested we get a red ribbon to honor her brother as it was his favorite color. So we all went to the tattoo shop and picked our personal design and placement. After 8.5 hours and tons of laughter and jokes with the artists, we had our tattoos. Each a little different but all with the same meaning and emotion behind it. So now that we have declared we are friends til the end and that we can rely on each other for true support, we affectionately call ourselves
