  • I think my parents would agree- I was a pretty cute kid!

  • My first year at summer camp with my dear friends. Don't you love my awesome fanny pack! We all ended up going to Evangel together and being suite-mates.

  • A piano recital. I picked it up for a couple of years before I decided I would rather do dance. I was never super good at reading music anyways. I played mostly by ear.

  • In the 90's (Probably 96-97'ish) we took a family trip to Branson. You have to stop at the Precious Moments Chapel on the way!

  • Sometimes, when we couldn't do a big family vacation, we would take a quick trip to Kansas City. This was at Worlds of Fun.

  • I guess I really didn't like this toy!

  • My 4th birthday! Dad made me a birthday banner with our computer in 1985

  • Leap Frog and InnoTab have nothing on the Talk 'N Play. This is what a kids game computer looked like in the early 80's.

  • I was always trying to make money. This time I was selling rocks to passers by. (We lived on a dirt road!)

  • The fall of 1999. This was my first trip back home from my Freshman year at Evangel.

  • This was a family trip to Sea World in Texas. This proves I have never been much of a morning person.

  • Freshman year of college. My roommate, Janneal, and I joined Evangel's hand-bell choir. This was our Christmas performance at Silver Dollar City.

  • Christmas 2013. This is my sister and I as we went to film an episode of Let's Make a Deal.

  • 1997, Sophomore Year of High School, in a science class we made bridges. We named our company London Bridges & our slogan was "our bridges don't fall down." Lets just say we were better a marketing than building bridges out of glue and toothpicks.

  • For some reason in early 2006 I decided to take a trip to Chicago. It was pretty cold.

  • Christmas of 2011 in Emporia, Kansas at Grandma & Grandpa Williams

  • In 2012 we moved my sister and her husband to the left-coast. They moved to Hollywood to follow her dream of acting.

  • In April of 2013 the family went back to Hollywood to visit my sister for her 30th birthday. This was out by the Hollywood sign.

  • At Wheat State Camp in 1995. This was our cabin of girls after a soccer game in the mud. (I am the one in the front middle holding her shoes)

  • This was my Junior year of college '02. We were dressed up for ECTV Night at the Movies. We premiered the movies we made in Cinematography class. (I am in the blue dress on the right.)

  • in 2012 our office helped Habitat for Humanity build a house off Kansas Street just north of I-44.

  • I was the coolest kid in the 80's!

  • Yearly Christmas picture with my little sister Chelsea.

  • 4th of July was always big for our family. We would gather at grandma & grandpa's for lots of fireworks! (I am the kid in the back row in the red shirt- this is probably 5th or 6th grade)

  • Summer of 2000 I went with some friends to the Cornerstone Music Festival. I rained pretty much the whole time we were there.

  • Summer of 2007 I went to Chicago with my sister to visit some friends who live there.

  • Fall of 2010 I took a family trip to Virginia. This is on the USS Wisconsin in Norfolk. I've always wanted to fly with the Blue Angels.

  • The summer between my Sophomore & Junior year of high school. Our youth group traveled to Denver for a retreat. This was dinner at Casa Bonita. (I am the goofball in the red.)

  • The summer between my Junior & Senior year of high school. I got to take a mission trip to Brussels, Belgium. This was a small group of girls that went on the trip. (I am in the middle row, in the middle)

  • My freshman year at Evangel. Some how we ended up in a cake fight with our brother floor. (I am the one in the middle.)

  • Cruise with old college friends in 2005; we are in Key West. Notice the guy in the background started the photobomb trend! (I am in the gray tank.)

  • This was our spring photo in 1984. I was 3 and my sister was 1

  • My Easter bonnet I made in Kindergarden

  • in 4th grade I picked up the violin. It only lasted a year until my mom convinced me it would be more fun to be in a marching band than a symphony... so I moved to playing the flute.

  • This was 9th grade at Wichita West High, right before we were required to wear school uniforms. Notice we have scrunchies on our wrists? What a silly trend!

  • My senior year of college the broadcast girls decided to take a weekend trip to Eureka Springs and we stayed at Crescent Hotel.

  • In 2007 I was blessed to visit New Zealand. I went white water rafting in Queenstown on the Kawarau River. (I am the one in the yellow hat on the left side bottom row)

  • I was bald for a long time as a baby

  • Didn't you know I started the trend of cowboy boots with a dress?

  • Learning domestic skills at an early age. I loved ironing the clothes for my Cabbage Patch Kids.

  • My Grandma Peggy was into the puppet ministry at her church. When we had family gatherings we always lined the staircase and put on a show. I always had to be Rappin' Rabbit.

  • Celebrating my birthday while at Girls State at KU in high school. I was elected the Cowley County Commissioner.

  • My very first cruise. This was 2005. A group of friends from college all got together for a reunion and a trip to the Bahamas.

  • The oober young Kortni. I am not sure when this was. Just thought it was a cute photo.

  • This was early on in my high school career. I was with my friend (who became my roommate in college) Jannel. We we angels in a church choir performance.

  • This was in 2004 right before we put our childhood puppy, Goliath, to sleep. He was so old and he couldn't walk anymore. He was a great dog.

  • This was prom in 2007. I was a Sophomore, but my boyfriend Adam Wells was a Senior... so I got to go to his prom.

  • This was my Junior prom. I was dating Ryan Forgey from church at the time, so I took him.

  • This was Senior prom. I went with my friend Chris Witt, I met him through choir and drama. He played the lion on The Wizard of Oz and that's how I really got to know him.

  • There are multiple times in my life where I chose to sleep in a sleeping bag versus using a blanket. I am not sure why I always liked sleeping bags?

  • In 2nd grade I broke my arm. We were doing a conga-line while roller-skating. I was at the front of the line. Some boy pushed the last girl and we went falling like dominoes. All the momentum just snapped my forearm in half.

  • This is my favorite school picture. This was 4th grade. You gotta love the perm!

  • It was always fun taking pictures on Christmas morning. This was Christmas 1997.

  • This is my senior year of high school in the Wizard of Oz. I was part of the chorus. This was my 3rd costume change, being an Oz girl.

  • High School church graduation party. These are the guys I basically grew up with and spent my free time with. Yes... I am kinda close to the guy I am standing next to... that's because at that time we were dating.

  • It's a little hard to tell... but I won this marker fight with my little sister! Don't you like my bubble pipe?

  • This was Christmas of 1987. I was 6 in this picture. When I look at this picture now, I am kinda weirded out by Santa.

  • in 1998 I went on a missions trip with a group youth from Kansas. The trip was to Belgium... but we got a free day in Paris!

  • Class of 1999! This was me with my friends Kristen & Angie from the dance squad.

  • My freshman year of college at Evangel, I fell off my bunk bed & fell right onto the desk. That night was a nightmare! After the accident the power went out in the dorm hall, and the tornado sirens went off. I was stuck on the 3rd floor waiting out the storm stuck on the sofa because I couldn't move. This was about a week later when I visited home.

  • College graduation from Evangel in 2003. These were friends from the broadcasting department.

  • This was 1999, my senior year of high school. I was part of the women ensemble, and our top signing group the madrigals.

  • In 2005 after the Evangel Homecoming game, my friend and I decided to get our noses pierced.

  • Also in 2005. I went on a short cruise in the Bahamas with a handful of friends I graduated from college with. This was me causing trouble in our Miami hotel the night before we ported out.

  • In 2006 Neal Boortz came to town to talk about his first Fairtax book. This was us with all of the girls who worked at the station at the time.

  • I am guessing this is either 2009 or 2011. My sister and I always try to catch the yearly fall Raku party at L&R Pottery in Nixa.

  • A hotel bought Andy Griffith's old childhood home and you could stay the night there. I got to stay there in the fall of 2010.

  • 04.04.07- This is Kortni with 2 KSGF listeners at a soldier welcome home rally.

  • 09.27.07- This is Kortni at the 1st ever KSGF Operation: Paintball Warrior

  • March 2008- Kortni got lasik with Mattax Neu Prater Eye Center

  • May 2009- Kortni ran representing KSGF in the CASA 5K

  • Early 2010 KSGF's Kortni Tucker participated in a rally to welcome home a group of troops.

  • July 2010 KSGF's Nick Reed & Kortni Tucker got to ride around the Ozarks in a Black Hawk.

  • My love for cake started at a very, very young age. I love how big my eyes are... and that slice of cake!

  • My dad's birthday is on June 5th and mine is the 8th. Often we celebrated together.

  • Growing up in the 80's who didn't have a roller-skating birthday party. This was one of just many! I love how big that hat is on me. (It was for a church play I was in. We had a dress rehearsal earlier that day.)

  • OJ Simpson ruined this 1994 birthday party for me. I took a group of my friends to spend the weekend at my grandmas... she had a in-ground pool. Nothing was on TV because everyone was covering the Bronco chase.

  • Sweet 16. So awkward. This poor girl thought she was super cool...

  • I spent my actual 21st birthday being a bridesmaid in a friends wedding in Ft. Scott, Kansas. Right after, me & my roommate high-tailed it back to Springfield at at Garbo's pizza (they gave me my first shot to celebrate) and then went to watch the latest Star Wars in the theater. Good times. This was a little later during a visit to my parents.

  • My mom made me and my sister Bert & Ernie heads for Halloween the year we went to go see Sesame Street Live. I am pretty sure we fought over who was going to be Ernie... Chelsea always won fights cause she was the baby.

  • I LOVED Rainbow Bright as a kid! My mom made me this costume. It got passed down to my sister and then my cousin. My aunt just recently told me she still has it.

  • When I was a girl I just wanted to be a cheerleader so bad! My mom made me a skirt for Halloween and bought me some pom-poms to live out my fantasy. Little did this little girl know, but she would grow up to be on her school's dance team.

  • My mom had parasols in her wedding. As a kid I was obsessed with them and always wanted to play with them. I thought they were fancy. She made me a skirt to match one of them and then we put this costume together. This was 4th or 5th grade.

  • This was me as a cow... yep, utters and all. This year I was volunteering at the church's Halloween event running a game. I scared one too many kids that year.

  • In high school I wasn't always the happiest kid. I went through a weird time. My mom made me and my sister's costumes this year. We were determined to win the adult Halloween costume contest at church. Chelsea was the girl from Titanic, and I went with a classic Kansas costume.

  • Because who doesn't dig through their mom's cabinets when they are little and wear bowls as hats?

  • This is the first real memory I have from my childhood. I remember being much older though when I look back at the event. I guess I just thought I was a big kid, I mean after all, I was getting my very own swing set!

  • Right before kindergarten, because I was one of those kids who didn't go to pre-school, my dad ended up in the hospital for a couple of weeks due to some complications. My mom bought me and my sister our very own lunchboxes (which was awesome, because I wasn't even in school yet) and we would go visit my dad every day. This was us playing Old Maid.

  • Any girl who grows up in the A/G church knows what this is! I was crowned an Honor Star in middle school after going through a 4 year program for girls at church. We learned about Susanna, Tabitha, Anna, and Ruth.

  • If you have heard about me talking about having to wear school uniforms in public high school... this was it! This was my junior year. Who knows why there is a picture of this hideous outfit. I just bought my first pair of khaki's about 3 months ago. I honestly haven't worn khaki since 1999!

  • This was my Junior year at Evangel. I took a film production class. After we made our 15 minute movies, we had to debut them at a screening. We thought it would be fun to dress up and really make the event something fun and special.

  • This was my first fish I caught. It was at my grandpa's lake house outside of Emporia, Kansas. I was pretty proud of it, but scared of it all at the same time.

  • My first day of school. I didn't go to preschool, this was kindergarten. My backpack had my name embroidered on it & I thought I was so cool because of that.

  • My first big girl bike!!! It was a strawberry shortcake bike. I took my rainbow bright around in it everywhere I went.

  • My very first school dance. This was 6th grade with by best friend Amanda (on the left). Yep, I was a dork. Yep, I was wearing pantyhose and a tie.

  • This was the first time I bungy jumped. It was in Queentown, NZ. This jump is called the Nevis. It's a 440 foot jump and the tallest in New Zealand. You fall for 8.5 seconds. It was a rush! I haven't jumped since, but I wouldn't mind doing it again.

  • This was my first time ever shooting. Brent from 417 Guns took me out to learn the ropes. Not too shabby for my first time!

  • My Grandma & Grandpa Williams put in a pool right before I was born. When I think of summers, I think of their pool.

  • Yep, even I was scared of Santa Clause once.

  • In the late 80's, early 90's who didn't get their hair permed! That totally made you the cool kid. My aunt Brenda is the one doing my hair. This is around 3rd or 4th grade.

  • This is me & my sis with our 2nd dog. (Our first puppy was was hit by a car young in her life.) His name is Goliath and we got him at the Wichita Humane Society. We named him after the Lutheran Church claymation Davey & Goliath. This is when you only wore one strap on your suspenders! haha. This was around 5th grade.

  • 6th grade band!! Classic. This is me & my best friend Amanda (on the left). I was always 2nd chair flute. I could never beat Mandy... she was pretty dang awesome.

  • Here I am at 15 and this is my first (real) boyfriend Adam Wells. This picture was taken after one of our church's choir performances. I was a sophomore & he was a senior. I thought I was pretty dang cool!

  • This was me playing on our very first computer. Based off the family photo album and where this photo was placed, this is winter of 1983.

  • This was right after my 10th birthday. We took a family vacation to San Antonio to visit Sea World and The Alamo. What was I thinking with this outfit? A fanny pack??? Sheesh. PS... the shirt my dad is wearing, I stole that & still wear it to this day.

  • This was Halloween of 1991 in Kansas. Yes, it snowed that year. What was wrong with my hair? And the Jeans? Wow, I was styling.

  • I am pretty sure this was my birthday in 8th or 9th grade. I went through a period where I would only wear athletic shorts and giant t-shirts. I am pretty sure all of my Nike shirts were knock-offs we would find in weird stores. They were something like 3 for $15.

  • This was goofing off around in College at Evangel. I lived on Burgess 3rd North (B3N if you speak Evangel lingo). This was 2002. I am the one with the leopard towel on my head. I honestly don't remember why this picture was taken.

  • Remember that shirt my dad was wearing in that Sea World picture... here it is (I know it's hard to see). This was me goofing off in Target around Valentine's day in 2005.
