OMAHA - The suspected Creighton Killer is back behind bars in Douglas County.
Authorities returned Dr. Anthony Garcia from Lincoln where he underwent psychiatric evaluation.
A judge ordered the accused killer to be examined by doctors at the Lincoln Regional Mental Health Facility after he blurted out "I do not trust you guys" to his attorneys in court back in February.
Garcia's attorney, Alison Motta, tells KMTV Action 3 News her client's mental state is OK and have no plans for a doctor to re-evaluate him, but could reconsider if it declines.
Prosecutors charged Garcia with the murders of Thomas Hunter and Shirlee Sherman in 2008 and Dr. Roger and Mary Brumback in 2013.
Garcia is due back in court on May 9th for a status hearing regarding his case.
