Columbus Murder Suspect Accused of Threatening Witness

By Robert Worthington. CREATED Apr 14, 2014

Columbus, NE - Platte County Corrections Director Ted Pocwierz testified Friday that Eric Henry yelled at Quentin Crister about not talking in court.

The Columbus Telegram reports the alleged threat came during a lunch break during Thursday's testimony in Henry's murder trial.
Eric Henry faces first-degree murder and weapons charges in the death of Steve Jorgensen in May 2013.
Quentin Crister and Kim Henderson both pleaded guilty to reduced murder charges in the case.  Both testified that Henry stabbed Jorgensen several times before his death.
Henderson also testified that she also stabbed Jorgensen in the neck during the robbery.
Henry's attorney questioned both witnesses testimony based on their criminal records and raised questions about Henderson's mental state.
