Council Bluffs, IA- On Saturday afternoon, Omaha and Council Bluffs Police Departments were called to the Missouri River after a call about a body in the water.
Just before 1 p.m. a boater on the river spotted a body in the water near the Ameristar Casino.
They called 911, and police went to the location to pull the body out.
Last weekend, police were called out to the same location for a person in the water without a life vest. They went out there, but didn't find anyone.
Police aren't sure if the two calls are related.
The person has not been identified. Police say it's a male who is between 25-40-years-old.
They're searching missing persons reports in Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota to see if he has been reported missing.
