Rainy & cooler next week

A cold front will move across the region Saturday night bringing breezy conditions as it passes.  The winds will continue to gust on Sunday across the Magic Valley, but the Treasure Valley should see only light breezes and mostly sunny skies with highs in the mid 60s.

Monday will start out sunny, but clouds will build in from the west throughout the day, portending a big change in the weather.  It should be quite warm by Monday afternoon, with highs in the 70s across the Treasure Valley.

Rain showers will move into the region by Tuesday morning, and Tuesday should be quite wet and definitely colder, with highs only in the 50s and 60s across the Treasure Valley. Drier air will move in briefly on Wednesday, but it will remain cool despite the increased sunshine, with highs only in the mid 50s across the Treasure Valley.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be primarily cloudy, with scattered rain showers coming and going throughout the entire time period.  Temperatures will remain cool under this unsettled weather pattern. Expect lows in the 30s and highs in the 60s.
