What are your outdoor weekend plans?

Snow fell on Wednesday morning in many locations including a few flakes in the Treasure Valley and as much as four inches of snow on Brundage Mountain. Now frost will blanket the Treasure Valley for Thursday morning so you may want to take some precautions in your garden by covering sensitive plants and vegetables.

Warmer weather with temperatures going back above average for most of the holiday weekend will mean good news if you have outdoor plans. The central mountains will have a slight chance of afternoon storms on Saturday with a better chance of afternoon storms on Sunday. The valley will likely stay mostly dry this weekend.
