A serious cold front is bearing down on Idaho.

Our temperatures have risen into the low 90s over the past few days but don't get too used to it as a major cool down is on the horizon!

Tuesday will still be highlighted by above normal temperatures but a cold front will come through Tuesday evening kicking up the wind and spreading some storms into the central mountains.

This front will drop temperatures up to 25 degrees from the highs on Monday. A few showers and storms are likely on Wednesday as well as some gusty NW winds.

For Thursday and Friday absolutely beautiful weather will move in with highs in the 70s. Expect 90 again by next Monday.
