Jamaican powerhouse singer Tesanne Chin was crowned winner of NBC's "The Voice" Tuesday night. The former background vocalist for reggae legend Jimmy Ciff demonstrated her massive range on the show's fifth season, tackling such songs as "Let It Be," "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)" and "Bridge Over Troubled Water."

In the finale, Chin bested third-place finisher Will Champlin and the show's runner-up, 16-year-old Jacquie Lee. Chin came on the show in an attempt to gain exposure and extend her career from Jamaica to the United States. She landed on "Voice" coach Adam Levine's team.
The show ended with an emotional Chin performing the show's new inauguration song, "Tumbling Down," penned by OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder. Chin's version of the song is already available at iTunes.
