The reigning Heisman Trophy winner has been busted for shoplifting, and you won't believe what he is accused of stealing.
It's $32 worth of crab legs!
The Leon County Sheriff's Office says they busted Florida State University quarterback Jameis Winston on Tuesday for the crime.
Winston apparently placed an order for crab legs and crawfish at a Publix near the school's campus and walked out without paying for it.
Winston wasn't actually arrested, he was issued a civil citation and will have to complete a diversion program.
When contacted by police, Winston was cooperative and confessed. He says he simply forgot and is taking responsibility for not going back to pay for the seafood, according to New York Daily News.
Florida State has announced that Winston will be suspended from the baseball program until he completes the program. In addition to playing football, Winston is also a pitcher for the school's baseball team.
This isn't the first time that the trophy winner has been in trouble. He was also accused of sexual assault, but was cleared by the state attorney because of lack of evidence.
