The Idaho Stampede opened their final homestand of the regular season with a 96-85 loss to the Bakersfield Jam Wednesday night.

Kevin Murphy scored a team-high 20 points in the loss. Derrick Caracter chipped in eight points and pulled down 11 rebounds.

Idaho still trails Reno for the final NBA D-League playoff spot, but the Stampede will play their next two games against the Bighorns, Friday and Saturday at CenturyLink Arena.
