Know what internal meat temperatures are safe

A thermometer is your friends, especially when dealing with meats. A crew from Texas Roadhouse share the numbers you need to know for the meats you're throwing on the grill.
Here's a quick look at the temperatures you should keep in mind:
If you're cooking ground poultry, make sure the internal temperature is 165° >. For all other ground meats, the thermometer should reach 160° F.
Fresh beff, veal, or lamb should reach 145 °, while all fresh poultry needs to be 165°.
Pork, ham, and fin fish should also be safe at 145°.
