Nampa Police Detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating what they’re calling an “endangered missing person” and a person of interest in the investigation.
On Monday night, a family member of 36-year-old Selena Dawn Thomas of Nampa told police that Thomas had not been heard from since Thursday, August 14.
When officers arrived at Thomas’s residence to take the report, they discovered “suspicious circumstances” in her home, according to a Nampa Police news release.
“Thomas’s car was at the home, along with personal items that she would normally have with her,” said Sgt. Joe Ramirez.
Thomas has brown hair and brown eyes, stands 5’7” and weighs about150 pounds.
Police are also looking for Thomas’s boyfriend, Alfredo Martin Martinez, 39, of Nampa. He was last seen Saturday, August 16, driving a white Dodge pickup truck. Martinez also owns a white Honda Accord, Idaho license plate 2CLY849. He is an Hispanic man with brown hair, stands 5’9” and weighs 195 pounds.
Nampa Police Detectives are asking anyone who may have any information as to the whereabouts of either person -- or has any information that may assist them in finding Thomas or Martinez -- to please call 343-COPS (2677) or the Nampa Police Department’s non-emergency police number at 465-2257.
