N. Idaho man indicted on 2 counts of murder
COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho (AP) -- A 24-year-old northern Idaho man accused of killing his wife and her young daughter has been indicted by a grand jury on two counts of first-degree murder.
The Coeur d'Alene Press reported that a Kootenai County grand jury on Thursday indicted Angel Albertico Morales-Larranaga.
Prosecutors say Morales-Larranaga on July 8 strangled 24-year-old Facunda Valenzuelaleon and 6-year-old Dayanna Valencia.
Court documents say the couple was having marital problems.
Morales-Larranaga is being held in the Kootenai County jail on $2 million bail.
