Macho will be eligible for parole after serving 15 years.
Macho was accused of trying to sexually assault a woman at the Boise Towne Square Mall on May 14th. The incident occurred around 9:00 p.m., in the south parking lot of the Boise Towne Square Mall. Macho pulled up behind the woman in her vehicle and forced himself onto her.
Another woman heard the assault and walked up to investigate, which lead to Macho getting back into his teal pick-up truck and intentionally swerving to hit the second woman who had been trying to help. That woman received serious leg and hip injuries.
Macho’s wife, Jessica, and his brother Richard Macho, were charged with destruction of evidence for trying to conceal the teal truck after the attack. In addition Richard was charged with having child pornography on his computer.
