Nampa Police are reporting that all four individuals wanted in connection with the weekend shooting death of a 25 year-old Nampa man are now in custody.

Allison Yancey was tracked to Horseshoe Bend and was arrested without incident. Yancey has been charged with aiding and abetting in an aggravated battery and is awaiting extradition back to Canyon County.

In addition, 26 year-old Joshua Price Wasserburger has been arrested and charged with aiding and abetting in first degree murder.

Wasserburger was already in police custody in Canyon County Jail on an unrelated warrant.

Wasserburger had been arrested for the warrant by Nampa Police detectives during the
initial stages of the homicide investigation.

He was charged this morning for the additional charge of aiding and abetting as details of the investigation became known.

Police on Monday arrested 28-year-old James Whitewater, 27-year-old Natalie Whitewater, and 32-year-old Wayne Canaday.

James Whitewater faces a charge of first-degree murder, while Natalie Whitewater and Canaday face charges of aiding and abetting aggravated battery.

Police responded at 2:45 a.m. Sunday to a reported shooting and found Pedro Martin Jr. in a drugstore parking lot with a gunshot wound to his torso. Martin was taken to the hospital, where he died.
