College of Western Idaho presents Start Smart Workshops
College of Western Idaho (CWI) will be supporting women’s equality in the workplace this April with workshops being hosted in Boise and Nampa through the American Association of University Women’s (AAUW) Start Smart initiative. This training is free and will focus on interview skills, salary benchmarking, and salary negotiating. Workshops are primarily intended for CWI students nearing graduation but will be open to the public on a limited basis.
Workshops on behavioral interviewing and salary negotiation will be held at:
CWI Ada County Center - 1360 S. Eagle Flight Way, Boise
April 15 – 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. – Behavioral Interviewing
April 17 – 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. – Salary Negotiation
CWI Micron Center for Professional Technical Education - 5725 E. Franklin Rd, Nampa
April 22 – 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. – Behavioral Interviewing
April 24 – 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Salary Negotiation
