First Warning Weather:   Breezy and warm again on Wednesday, with Tucson winds blowing between 10 and 20 mph late afternoon and evening. But it's the areas southeast of Tucson that will see the strongest winds. A Red Flag Warning is active Wednesday for southern Greenlee, southeast Graham and eastern Cochise counties from 1 to 9 PM. New campfire and smoking restrictions go into effect in Arizona National Forests beginning Friday. Highs will stay in the upper 80s to near 90 degrees through Thursday. Clouds will increase Friday and Saturday, bringing cooler temps and a 20% chance for storms Friday night into Saturday. Dry microbursts will also be a concern. Mount Lemmon: Breezy and gusty Wednesday, and warmer through Thursday. Highs will warm to near 60, then drop to the mid 50s Friday. Lows in the mid to upper 30s.
