Super Sunday means that the big game is the most-watched TV program with more than half of U.S. adults tuning in to watch football on February 3, 2013. With the four food groups of football being chips & dip; pizza; wings; and beer, it’s no wonder that fans’ Game Day calories often match—or exceed—those of the offensive linemen.  A typical menu of pizza, wings, subs, chips and beer can add up to more than two day’s worth of calories and several days’ worth of saturated fat.  It’s easy to eat and drink 4,000 calories or more before the start of the fourth quarter.
