Man accused of killing grandparents appears in court today
TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The three accused of killing an elderly couple last July appeared in court today and set another date for a pre-trial status hearing.
In court, the three appeared to be communicating with each other and occasionally smiling.
Kyle Drattlo, Chris Terry, and Brianna Harding were in a Pima County Superior Court together this morning. They are all accused for first degree murder in the killing of Erskin and Mary Fulgham. Drattlo is the couple's grandson.
Police say they found the car belonging to the two victims in Tonopah, Nev. after the couple was found. Drattlo, Terry and Harding were all found with the car and were detained by police in Nevada.
Their next hearing will be on September 5.
