TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - What can you do to keep your food creamy and tasty?

Nutritionists recommend healthy options like oils taken from canola, corn and soybeans. They recommend using lard and butter to add flavor, but only in moderation.    

Also this morning, tell grandpa to take a walk! A new study shows for older men, walking every day can prevent a stroke. 

Men who walked between 12 and 22 hours a week cut their stroke risk by two thirds.
