TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - An abandoned home was on fire early Sunday morning.
Capt. Chris Jurvig with Tucson Fire tells KGUN9 they received a 911 call reporting a house fire in the 1100 block of South Osborne Avenue.
When firefighters arrived on scene, the found smoke coming from multiple windows of the home.
Firefighters were able to recognize the home had been abandoned because it had fencing and signs posted, said Jurvig.
It took seven units and twenty-one firefighters six minutes to bring the fire under control.
There were no injuries reported during the fire.
The cause of the blaze is still under investigation, said Jurvig. The damage total to the structure has also not been determined.
