Rural/Metro firefighters respond to house fire

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Firefighters are responding to a house fire on Tucson's eastside.

Capt. Grant Cesarek with the Rural/Metro Fire Department tells KGUN 9 that crews are responding to a home in the 10,200 block of East Sabino Estates.

At this time, firefighters believe the fire may have started in the fire place, Cesarek says.

There are no injuries to report and crews have diligently worked to protect the contents of the home from water damage.

The inspectors are on site attempting to locate a source and provide damage estimates, according to Cesarek.
