Rescued animals to get pampered and ready for adoption

By Stella Inger. CREATED Aug 14, 2014

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV)- If you want to bring a shelter dog home this weekend, your pooch can look extra pretty for free. Pima Medical Institute vet students will be doing a little pooch pampering this weekend. They will be at Pima Paws for Life on Saturday from 9am to 12pm, giving a full service grooming to the rescued dogs there. The students hope once they're pampered, they will find a good home. Students will give the dogs baths, even ear cleanings and nail trimmings. Pima Paws for Life  is on 2509-2 West Zinna Avenue. You may want to stop by if you're looking to adopt a pet.
