TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) -- Christmas is still months away, but the Tucson Police Officers Association needs your help. They're holding a raffle and hog roast at World of Beers on Congress Saturday from 1 to midnight to raise money for the kids and Cops Christmas program.
This is how it works. You buy a roast sandwich and chips for 10 bucks -- and it comes with a raffle ticket. They're trying to raise 40-thousand dollars before Christmas.
"And in December, we bring 300 kids to the target in town -- give them a hundred dollars to go shopping with an officer who's with them that day," said William Bonanno, president of TPOA.
