Pima County Health Department warns Vail of Whooping Cough
TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The Pima County Health Department has warned parents at Empire High School in Vail of the spread of Whooping Cough in the Vail School District. There have been more than 20 cases of the highly contagious disease this year.
Officials say it is something they have under control. Students with symptoms of the illness are asked to stay home or work in separate buildings to avoid spreading the disease.
