PERTH, Australia (AP) - Search crews in the Indian Ocean haven't been picking up any more of the faint underwater sounds they were hearing a few days ago.
They were hoping that the sounds might be coming from the black box voice and data recorders from the missing Malaysian jetliner. But the batteries that send the signal from those devices are probably running out.
The signals were heard Saturday and Sunday, but not since then.
