NWS issues severe thunderstorm warning, flood advisory

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued multiple flood advisories for parts of Pima County.
The NWS issued a severe thunderstorm warning for east-central Pima County that expired at 4:15 p.m. Saturday.
The severe storm dropped large amounts of rain in central and southeast Tucson, increasing the risk for flooding.
The NWS has issued an urban and small stream flood advisory for southeastern Pima County. The advisory will remain in effect until 7:00 p.m.
A flash flood warning is also in effect for central Pima County until 7:30 p.m.
