UPDATE: Tucson police locate missing, endangered woman

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Tucson police say 19-year-old Clarissa Romero was found safe and unharmed at 5:00 a.m. Monday morning at a local McDonald's.

The Tucson Police Department began looking for Romero on May 10, at approximately 10:00 P.M., after she went went missing from her home in the 5800 block of South  Avenue.

Clarissa functions at a much lower mental capacity and has medical conditions that require her to take daily medication. Clarissa has left in the past and knows how to use public transportation.

Clarissa is a Hispanic female, 4'11", 165 pounds, with brown eyes and medium length brown hair. She was last seen wearing a multi-colored shirt, black or grey capri-style pants and sandals.

Someone at the McDonald's recognized Romero, so the Tucson Police Department wishes to thank the community for their help in locating her.
