Man on Tucson's most wanted list arrested at Port of Nogales
NOGALES (KGUN9-TV)- A man listed as one of Tucson's most wanted criminals was arrested while trying to cross through the Port of Nogales Friday.
Customs and Border Patrol officers arrested Carlos Ulises Martinez, who was wanted in connection to a 2007 Pima County murder.
Officers found his active arrest warrant while doing a routine records check. Once they confirmed the warrant, they took Martinez into custody.
