Man arrested after pointing toy gun at people

ORO VALLEY, Ariz (KGUN9-TV) - Officers arrested a 37-year-old man Thursday after he was reported pointing a gun at people while riding his bike.

Lt. Kara Riley with Oro Valley Police tells KGUN9 they received word of a man with a gun near Pusch View Lane and Lambert Lane just before Noon.

The man was reported riding his bicycle and pointing a gun at people.

Officers found 37-year-old Bradley John Kasberger immediately and took him into custody. They learned that he was carrying a plastic toy gun that closely resembled a real gun.

No one was injured in the incident, and Kasberger was booked into the Pima County Jail on three counts of aggravated assault.
