Inmate captured after he failed to return to jail

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Robert Nelson, 51, has been captured and returned to the Pima County Jail after failed to return after being granted a temporary release by a judge.
Deputy Tracy Suitt with the Pima County Sheriff's Department tells KGUN9 Nelson was allowed a temporary release starting at 7 a.m. July 31 in order to attend an appointment.
He was supposed to return by 4 p.m., but did not returned to jail.
At 5:30 p.m. on August 4, deputies received an anonymous tip regarding the location of Nelson.
Deputies located Nelson at a residence in the 3900 block of West Valencia Road/
Nelson was transported to the Pima County Adult Detention Center and booked on one count of escape second degree.
Nelson was Alison being held in jail on aggravated DUI/Driving on a revoked or suspended license and a failure to appear for aggravated DUI from 2012.
