Former ASU football player facing sex charges

TUCSON (KGUN9-NEWS) - A former Arizona State University football player will be in court on March 13th for sentencing for attempted sexual assault and third degree burglary. Andres Rafael Garcias faces up to 17-years in prison,
Garcias has apologized to the victim and said he wished he could take it back.
Garcias joined the Sun Devils in the 2012 season as a non-scholarship player, but lwas later kicked off the team.
