Flash flood watch continues for Pima County
TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A flash flood watch continues for parts of Pima County Sunday.
The National Weather Service in Tucson has extended the flash flood watch through Sunday afternoon.
The NWS expects more rain and thunderstorms to hit areas near the Tohono O'Odham Nation and western Pima County.
A flash flood watch means that storm conditions will likely cause widespread flash flooding.
Motorists should use extreme caution. And if roadways flood, turn around and take another route.
