TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Tucson police responded to a four-car accident on Tucson's southside Saturday morning.
Sgt. Chris Widmer with the Tucson Police Department says the accident occurred at Park Avenue and Irvington Road at around 6:30 a.m.
An officer was conducting a traffic stop at park Avenue and Bantam and witnessed a white, Toyota Camry driving erratically, Widmer said.
When the officer arrived at the intersection, he came across a four-car crash that included the white, Toyato Camry, according to Widmer.
Two men were injured in the accident, one with serious injuries and the other with non-life-threatening injuries, Widmer said.
The driver of the Camry was a 16-year-old boy and the passenger was an 18-year-old man. Both suffered minor injuries, according to Widmer.
The white Camry was reported stolen earlier Saturday morning, according to Widmer.
Widmer also tells KGUN that alcohol appeared to be a factor in the crash.
Traffic detectives continue to investigate the crash.
