1. SCOTUS GAY MARRIAGE RULINGS

The Supreme Court could issue two  of the most monumental decisions in generations this morning. They are preparing the hand down rulings on California's Prop 8 and New York's Defense of Marriage Act. The ruling by the high court on Prop 8 could legalize gay marriage in California... or even across the entire country.

2. TUSD's $300K MAKEOVER

TUSD wants to polish its image---to the tune of $300,000. The school board approved a make-over budget in a late night meeting. It will kick off a new marketing campaign in the district, aimed at drawing new students to the district.

3. COLD CASE OPENED

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department is asking for help from the community in identifying a woman found deceased near the Pima County Fairgrounds, on April 18, 1981. They have new images out that could aide in the hunt.

4. SECURITY FIRM CONTROVERSY

A private security firm involved in an overnight parking lot shoot-out has been in trouble before. Now there's a new investigation into the power of rent-a-cop agencies in Tucson.

5. IMPENDING IMMIGRATION VOTE

The Senate should vote on sweeping immigration reform by the end of the week. Leaders are holding several more test votes today. They are also writing in some last-minute amendments aimed at wrangling a few more Republican "yes" votes on the legislation.
