1. MISSING TUCSON MAN
Tucson Police have issued a rare, second appeal for help in finding Donald Johns. He disappeared Friday and has been missing in the dangerously hot weather since. His family says that he has short term memory loss.

2. BORDER SURGE VOTE TODAY
Monumental immigration legislation is on track to clear the Senate. Today, lawmakers are set to vote on a controversial amendment to the bill called the 'Border Surge.' It would pour billions of extra dollars into enforcing the Mexican/American border before immigration green cards could be finalized.
3. MANDELA IN CRITICAL CONDITION
South African leader Nelson Mandela remains in critical condition this morning. Supporters are holding vigil outside the hospital where he is receiving treatment. Various government officials have been visiting Mandela during his illness.
4. OBAMA ON CLIMATE CHANGE
President Obama will speak on climate change today. The White House says that he will announce plans to reduce carbon pollution. It fulfills promises he made during his inauguration speech back in January.
5. DOCE FIRE LATEST
Firefighters say that they expect to have the Doce fire outside of Prescott fully contained by the end of the day. They are also lifting all evacuation orders, allowing residents to return back to their homes.
