TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - It is being called soft porn on primetime TV. The ABC show Mistresses is nothing short of racy and it is getting a lot of backlash.
"When you think about it it makes it seem like those things are OK," Tucson resident Adam Robinson told 9OYS.
"[It's] almost like a taboo. People don't really talk about that aspect of cheating," Tucsonan Rhesa Fells said.
Just three weeks since it's premiere and religious groups are already slamming the show. People have posted online saying, "When did cheating on your spouse become glamorous?"
On Change.org there is a petition to stop the show. Meanwhile, the group One Million Moms has started circulating an email campaign, calling out advertisers and asking them to pull support.
"I really don't approve of that kind of premise of a show. That's very degrading," another resident added.
