Southwest flight makes emergency landing at Sky Harbor

PHOENIX (KGUN9-TV) - A Southwest Flight heading to Texas had to make an emergency landing at Sky Harbor Monday for a possible threat.
A spokeswoman with Sky Harbor International Airport says the plane was heading from Los Angeles to Austin and was diverted to Phoenix for an emergency landing.
Police in Los Angeles requested that police in Phoenix check out the possible threat.
The 143 passengers on board were evacuated from the aircraft.
The plane has been isolated and is not near the terminal.
Flights at Sky Harbor are arriving and departing as scheduled.
