1. TORNADO SEARCH ENDS

The search for survivors in Oklahoma's monster tornado is ending this morning. Rescue crews say they are 98% sure that there is nobody else buried in the rubble. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano will tour the devastation today.

 

2. AMY'S CO-OWNER FACING DEPORTATION

The co-owner of Amy's Baking Company is now facing deportation. "Samy" Bouzaglo is married to the restaurant's namesake, Amy, and appeared on the now notorious Kitchen Nightmares episode alongside her. Attorneys say that the deportation case has nothing to do with the Kitchen Nightmares episode.

 

3. WILDFIRES CONTINUE BURNING

Two wildfires are still burning in southern Arizona, outside Benson and at Soldier Basin.

Firefighters are focusing on hot spots from the day's raging brush fire that shut down roads, forced evacuations and put lives at risk near I-10 and Pomerene Road.
 
Tuesday night, the fire's core remained in the San Pedro river basin, which sits a few hundred feet from the Cottonwood Ridge mobile home park.

4. TUCSON'S HELP TO TORNADO VICTIMS

The Southern Arizona Red Cross has rallied to raise $10,000 so far for relief efforts in areas ravaged by tornadoes.

5. BISBEE HEADED TO FINAL CIVIL UNIONS VOTE.. COMING TO TUCSON

 Bisbee's city council has just approved the final draft of its legislation that would recognize civil unions for same sex couples. Tucson is working on a similar ordinance, that would give legal rights to same sex pairs.
