TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The story has been everywhere.
A gas station clerk senselessly stabbed twice in the heart while working at the A-M/P-M on Tanque Verde and Wrightstown early this morning.
The assaulter is still no where to be found.
"My mom called me and said, Logan. You might want to sit down."
Logan Bridges is the victim's sister.
He is 22-year-old Erick Bridges, who had been working at the gas station for about six months, Logan says.
She says her brother played baseball, is engaged, is about to begin taking college classes, and just is a genuinely good guy.
"My brother's the type of kid that would give the shirt off his back to help somebody."
The last time she saw him was on her birthday just five days ago.
"We had kind of been fighting, like a week before or so, and he told me he loved me no matter what."
