1. SENATOR FLAKE RALLY
 
 
Veterans are holding a rally the capitol today to protest Arizona Senator Jeff Flake. They're upset at Flake voting against a gun background checks bill, that would have closed loopholes for private purchases. The rally begins at 10 AM.
 

2. "VICIOUS" PIT BULL ON THE LOOSE
 
A 3-year-old pit bull that attacked other dogs, and nearly mauled children is on the loose. Her owners scheduled her to be put down, but "Bella Boop" has since gone on the lamb from the animal shelter.

3. LIBRARY LURKER BEHIND BARS
  
A teen girl's quick thinking put an accused predator, 46 year-old Ismael Delgado, behind bars. 
 

Police say last Wednesday at Martha Cooper Library near Speedway and Columbus, Delgado approached the teen, asked her some questions, rubbed her arm and left his phone number.

4. IMMIGRATION RALLY

The Arizona Immigration Reform Coalition holds a rally today, in support of a federal immigration bill that  includes a path to citizenship for the nation's 11 million undocumented immigrants. They will march in downtown Phoenix at 4:30 p.m.

 

5. IPHONE OBSOLETE

The original iPhone is headed to the antique store. The iconic first model is now five years old, which puts it on Apple's "vintage" classification list. That means that unless you bought the iPhone 1 in California, you'll no longer be able to get Apple tech support for it.
