PHOENIX (AP) - The fate of a former Fiesta Bowl lobbyist remains in limbo a year after the Arizona Attorney General's Office and FBI raided his office as part of a criminal investigation involving the postseason college football game.

The Arizona Republic reports that investigators are poring over thousands of pages of documents seized from Gary Husk's office during late January 2012.

Current and former bowl employees alleged Husk was involved in a scheme in which employees were reimbursed with bowl funds for making political campaign contributions.

Husk has repeatedly denied wrongdoing.

The probe led to criminal convictions against six current or former Fiesta Bowl employees.

One ex-employee of Husk's firm also pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for not properly reporting expenditures while currying favor with lawmakers on behalf of the bowl.
