Border Patrol seizes more than $1 million in pot

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Border Patrol agents seized more than a $1 million in pot in the last 24 hours.
Officials with Customs and Border Protection tell KGUN9 that agents at the Nogales Station seized 12 bundles of marijuana yesterday morning east of Nogales, Ariz.
In another incident, Nogales agents found seven bundles of abandoned marijuana.
Nogales agents working with the Nogales Police Department responded to a possible drug smuggling attempt and found an abandoned pick-up truck with 75 bundles of marijuana.
One man was arrested in connection with this discovery.
And then, this morning, Nogales agents found another load of abandoned marijuana while patrolling east of Nogales, Ariz.
The drugs seized in all incidents was turned over to the Drug Enforcement Administration.
